Pick Up Policy
- In-Stock Now
Ready-to-go products that are currently in stock – typically expected to ready for pickup within 2-5 business days.
- Made to Order & Custom Orders
These orders are generally worked on in order of first received in each queue and may take some time to ship depending on the craft, if I need to source materials, and other orders ahead in my crafting queue. If I am held up on one order, I will work on the next until I can resume work on the first. Orders will be packed and shipped once complete. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out for a status update at any time.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be ready, especially near major holidays and winter weather events (snow, ice, power) occurring in my local area.

Arrangement may be made to pick up purchased items from the following location. Location or times don’t work for you? Please let me know in advanced so we can work out the best solution for you.

Refund Policy
LiviCrafted will only provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Lost/Missing Package, within 45-days of purchase
If your delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have still not received your package 2 weeks later, please be sure to check with the post office. If they are unable to resolve the issue – please let me know. Dependent on the exact situation, I may offer full/partial refund, or replacement.
- Damaged on Arrival, within 30-days of purchase
If your products sustained damage during shipping, please contact me with pictures of the damage. If the product may be reasonably and easily repaired, I will provide suggestions on how to do so. If not, I would ask that you please return the item – once the item has been received back, you will be given the option of full/partial refund, or replacement.
Does not cover small imperfections from the art, craft, or 3D print which naturally occur during the process or post-processing. While I always strive for the utmost quality in my work, neither I nor my 3D printer are perfect.
- Received Wrong Item or Style, within 30-days of purchase
If you received items that were not as expected, please contact me with pictures of the items received, and details of what was expected. For example, if you purchased an item in Green, your invoice also says Green was purchased, but instead you received the item in Pink, or a different item entirely. Depending on the product I may ask that you return the undesired item – once the item has been received back, you will be given the option of refund or corrected replacement.
Does not cover color variation between screen and in-person. Also does not cover color or pattern variations between two prints of the same type/color (it will be stated on the products description if such variation is possible).
